I stayed here while in town for a business meeting and couldn't believe how great it was. The low price had me honestly expecting much worse, but the room was quiet and clean and the front desk was very helpful.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms are incredibly spacious, providing plenty of comfort. The bathroom is also a great size, adding to the overall experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. I truly enjoyed my time there!
Stayed at this hotel....it was the most disgusting place ever! All employees were VERY rude, had overbooked an would not give credit, charged me a $50.00 fee for room key no credit after return. Called an told to call corporate....called corporation told to call hotel. Nothing but a run around. Pool was filthy would not have put my worst enemy in it. Finally contacted credit card company and was issued immediately a credit. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER.
Howard Johnson by Wyndham was absolutely outstanding during my stay thanks to Latoya and Ashley. The service they provided was top notch quality customer service and they went above and beyond their duties to make sure my guest and myself were accommodated accordingly since our booking agent made errors in our itinerary. They were pleasant, kind, patient, effective and efficient in their duties and absolutely amazing. The rooms were nice and clean and overall I enjoyed some nice and quiet sleep during my stay even though it was during the week of Mardi Gras. I most certainly recommend this hotel. Kind people and very clean.
